The Phoenix Oil Conversion Kit This conversion kit is suitable for most central heating solid fuel cookers. It is an automatic burner, which is fully programmable; it only runs when required which makes it extremely efficient. During the summer months it has the advantage that you can switch it on just for cooking and hot water so you don't need to heat the house at the same time. It comes with an operating pipe thermostat, which governs the temperature of the hot water, a high limit thermostat that is a safety device to prevent the hot water overheating and insulating boards. The output is rated at 55,000 btu's although it can be supplied with a higher output of up to 100,000 btu's depending on which cooker you have. Some of the cookers that can be converted are:- Wamsler, Rayburn, Stanley, Esse to name a few. |
The Sleeve Burner Conversion Kit This burner is gravity fed, runs continuously giving you constant background heat so your kitchen stays as cosy as it is now. It is completely independent of electricity so in a power cut it will continue to operate (it will not go on to low fire) and is silent in operation. This conversion is suitable for solid fuel range cookers for cooking only and domestic hot water. It has an output of 20,000-30,000 btu's depending on which burner you go for. This conversion kit comes complete with control valve and fire valve. Some of the cookers that can be converted are:- Stanley, Esse, Aga*, Rayburn and many more. |
